complained regarding non professional outbursts involving
two of our current members causing the following policy to
be put into effect:
The Board of Directors of
the Hazlet Business Owners Association has set the following
policy of:
“NON-CONFRONTATION” at its
meetings. Any disrespectful or unprofessional conduct (as
decided by the then Current President or Acting President)
will be dealt with by expulsion of the offending member (or
members) from any meeting where the offending members fail
to conduct themselves in a courteous and professional
manner.
The Board will then decide
at a special meeting if the offending member (or members)
offensive conduct should be considered as cause for
permanent dismissal.
As we all know the purpose
of our organization is:
To further the principles of
fair business practices
To aid in the establishment
of clear communications with our local Township Government
To foster good relations
with the Police, Fire and First Aid Departments
